We count on your energy **Photovoltaic Power Plant Supervisor \- Almaraz** **Join Galp and bring your curiosity and passion to everyday work** You will join the Renewables, New Businesses and Innovation business unit, which develops a diversified and sustainable portfolio of renewable energy \- solar and wind \- focusing on the Iberian Peninsula. Additionally, it identifies, evaluates and develops business opportunities in the energy sector, such as the battery value chain. **Learn more about your future team** You will join the Renewables Operations team, aiming to ensure the operability, availability and efficiency of a solar power plant and its associated assets through comprehensive supervision of operation and maintenance (O\&M) activities. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, HSEQ regulations, legal requirements and operational contracts, coordinating with the Asset Manager and other key stakeholders. **Discover more about your day\-to\-day responsibilities** * Support optimization of plant production and operation of involved assets (substations and others), ensuring their availability; * Supervise O\&M maintenance activities and O\&M personnel, as well as participate in developing the plant's maintenance plan together with the Asset Manager; * Supervise HSEQ measurements during O\&M activities: + Control and supervise risk prevention activities within the project; + Review and monitor general and specific work procedures, following Galp's safety standards. * Supervise and manage all relevant on\-site OPEX contracts; * Ensure continuous compliance with all laws, legislative requirements and national and regional regulations applicable to solar power plant operations; * Report any issues, failures or abnormal situations on site: + Monitor SCADA and maintain continuous communication with the Control Center, creating and tracking work orders; + Prepare visual reports of main activities or incidents occurring in the project. * Prepare reports on asset management activities and performance of O\&M services provided by contractors; * Participate in and/or lead site visits and inspections involving third parties, including operators and contractors. **What makes you unique** * Between 1 and 2 years of experience in large\-scale Asset Management roles within the renewables sector, as Supervisor or similar position; * Ideally, prior exposure to asset management of large infrastructure projects (preferably in solar and wind generation systems); * Knowledge of O\&M of solar and/or wind power plants and facilities is an advantage; * Analytical and conflict resolution skills; * Strong MS EXCEL and IT skills; * Capacity for analysis and conflict resolution; Communication skills; Strong proficiency in MS EXCEL and IT; Critical view on regulatory compliance and safety; * Good knowledge of electrical systems; * Self\-motivated and a good team player.
