Technical documentation and collaboration in continuous service improvement. * **Essential requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience with PowerBuilder**. * Knowledge of **Oracle PL/SQL**, **SQL Developer**, and query optimization. * Proficiency with tools such as **GIT**, **ServiceNow**, **Confluence**, and **Teams**. * Minimum English level **B1** (**B2** is desirable). * Experience with **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)**. **Desirable qualifications:** * Experience with **Visual Studio 2015 or higher**, **.NET Core**, and **API development**. * Knowledge of **UML** and **Flows CFT**.
