If you want to be part of a dynamic, highly qualified environment with a global vision, join us! **What will your day-to-day look like as an Energy Advisor?** You will contact companies to offer them customized solutions and improve their electricity bill. Our team of Energy Advisors has a database containing information about companies, primarily SMEs and self-employed individuals, whom they contact with the aim of improving their bills by providing personalized advice based on their type of business, size, consumption, and needs. The energy plan we propose can result in significant savings for these companies compared to their current provider, as they will gain access to exclusive discounts and promotions with full control over their consumption. Your responsibility will be managing and reactivating an existing client portfolio. Your objective is not cold acquisition, but rather presenting a new value proposition to this base in order to recapture those companies. Additionally, WE ARE THE OFFICIAL CHANNEL of this major company. No intermediaries, no digital signatures... which gives us an added level of trust with the customer. **How will you do this?** With virtual demos, lively chats, and energetic calls! In other words, we handle both outgoing and incoming calls, email contact, chat... the daily routine is varied and highly dynamic. It’s not just making or receiving calls—it’s much more. Additionally, you will negotiate contract closures, manage digital signatures, and carry out activity reports. **What do we offer in return?** * Schedule: Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 h, Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 h. * Remote work every Friday. * Salary: Fixed salary of €1,381 gross/month + commission plan starting from the third sale, which can reach up to €1,000/month. * Incentives starting from the second month (gradual and achievable). * Call Center agreement and Teleoperator category. * Prior training before starting (selective): December 2nd to 5th. Format: 3 days online + 1 day in-person (9:00 to 15:00 h). * Location: Offices at Avda. de los Premios Nobel 37, Torrejón de Ardoz, with free shuttle service from Soto del Henares Renfe station.
