Currently, we are developing a Call Center service for customer support within the energy sector, performing the following responsibilities: * Document verification of energy contract offers, all in Italian language. * Contact customers by phone to confirm receipt and understanding of the contract, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Verify data accuracy to guarantee correct registration and service quality. * Provide a welcoming service, reinforcing the customer's positive experience. \- No sales activities \- * What DO WE OFFER? * 30-hour weekly working schedule * Morning shift from 9 to 15 hours, Monday to Friday. * Salary: 30 h/w = 1,062 € gross/month + Language allowance (126.64 € for full-time) * Call Center collective agreement and Teleoperator category * STABLE contract * Online training for 5 days from 9 to 15h. * Possibility of remote work. *\*\*"No sector of our society can be understood without equality between men and women, as well as the inclusion of people with disabilities.
