**Key Responsibilities** * Curates an exquisite selection of alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages, adhering to high standards of preparation, presentation and taste. * Engages with guests in a professional, magnetic, friendly manner, taking orders, making tailored recommendations, and providing detailed information about our beverage offerings. * Processes payments with precision and efficiency, handles cash and operates the point\-of\-sale system. * Maintains an extensive knowledge of our epic beverage menus, including ingredients, flavours, and preparation methods, staying updated on industry\-leading trends. * Maintains an attractive and organised bar area, always stocked with appropriate supplies, garnishes, and glassware.
