Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a nursing assistant for a senior residence in La Solana, Ciudad Real. A temporary full-time contract is offered. Main responsibilities include supporting the multidisciplinary team in residents' daily activities, ensuring appropriate hygiene and nutrition. The role also involves setting up and dismantling the dining service, performing postural changes, and delivering other auxiliary care tasks according to one's training. Additionally, the candidate must accompany and supervise residents during transfers, assist healthcare staff in medication administration, and provide care for residents with colostomies or catheters. A strong vocation for service and commitment to enhancing the quality of life of older adults is highly valued. Adaptability to rotating shifts and willingness to continuously train in best practices for geriatric care are essential. The work environment is stable and oriented toward the well-being of both residents and staff. A medium-level vocational qualification is required: Technical Degree in Nursing Care Assistance, Technical Degree in Clinical Assistant, Technical Degree in Care for Dependent Persons, or Technical Degree in Socio-Healthcare Assistance; or an equivalent Professional Certification. Prior experience in similar positions is desirable. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% or recognized incapacity for another job position will be considered favorably. Membership in vulnerable groups, as well as user-level proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and email, will also be taken into account.
