Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and manage teams in a food production plant, coordinating processes and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for a food industry company in Alcázar de San Juan. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the plant team to ensure production is carried out as planned. Responsibilities will include organizing tasks and work shifts, as well as monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate will also supervise plant personnel activities, coordinating and directing production processes and their control using technological equipment and computer systems. Additionally, attention will be paid to quality control of products and raw materials, and cleaning tasks will be planned, ensuring compliance with IFS and BRC quality standards. The position requires full-time employment, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Saturday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as described. * Experience in team management. * We seek a proactive and committed individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Relevant degree or qualification in the food industry.
