**Store Manager - RAVENNA:**
For the opening of a new WYCON cosmetics company store at the CC ESP shopping center in Ravenna, we are seeking a Store Manager responsible for coordinating all activities ensuring proper management of the sales point and assigned staff, in compliance with and achievement of the allocated budget and KPIs set by the company.
Main responsibilities
Manage all store activities in accordance with guidelines and directives provided by the Head Quarter central functions;
Organize daily sales point operations, planning team working hours (weekly schedules) according to business needs and customer traffic flow as directed by the Area Manager;
Ensure that both yourself and the entire team adhere to an appropriate dress code aligned with the Brand and company policies;
Develop trust-based relationships and customer loyalty;
Ensure all sales point personnel are informed and follow the "Selling Ceremony" procedure, assisting customers throughout their store visit to guarantee a shopping experience consistent with the Brand;
Promote the sale of WYCON COSMETICS products, pursuing retail management targets and monitoring store KPIs at both collective and individual levels;
Promote WYCON COSMETICS products through makeup trials offered to customers during their store visits;
Manage store layout by organizing commercial spaces with product restocking, aligned with actual product turnover;
Keep the sales point always tidy and ensure testers are consistently available according to predefined standards;
Inspect incoming goods and manage product displays according to visual merchandising criteria communicated by the relevant managers;
Carry out administrative tasks related to cash collection and deposits as per company regulations;
Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR-People department in managing store staff (identifying staffing needs, training and motivating employees, scheduling shifts, managing vacations and days off, resolving conflicts, and fostering teamwork);
Work closely with all key-people at headquarters.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is motivated towards sales activities and capable of working towards objectives;
Has strong planning, organizational, and flexibility skills;
Excellent staff coordination abilities and strong problem-solving skills will be essential;
Team-oriented mindset, dynamism, and proactiveness;
Passion and/or knowledge of the cosmetics, accessories, and fashion world will be considered a plus.
