RESERVATIONS AND GROUPS MANAGER

Escampa Hotels is a leading hotel group in Catalonia, with properties on the Costa Brava and in Barcelona.
Currently, Escampa Costa Brava is looking for **a Reservations and Groups Manager** with a global vision, organizational ability and attention to detail, who wishes to join our project and work directly with the hotel’s management team.
This position will support the operation of our establishments: **Hotel Planamar and Hotel NM Suites (both 4-star hotels)**, comprising 90 and 40 rooms respectively, both located in **Platja d’Aro**.
***YOUR MISSION***
To comprehensively manage individual and group bookings and coordinate events, ensuring efficient planning, smooth communication with clients and optimal coordination across all hotel departments. The selected candidate will become a key figure in optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
***WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?***
Booking and Group Management
* Management and follow-up of individual and group reservations.
* Coordination with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients.
* Monitoring of availability, room blocks and occupancy tracking.
* Payment management according to established policies.
Event Coordination
* Planning and coordination of groups, meetings and events at the hotel.
* Direct liaison with the client before, during and after the event.
* Internal coordination with Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other involved departments.
* Supervision of the correct delivery of contracted services.
Customer Service and Quality
* Ensuring an excellent experience for group and event clients.
* Proactive, solution-oriented handling of incidents.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support to Management
* Direct collaboration with hotel management and the Reception department to organize and optimize processes.
* Analysis of results and proposals for improvement in reservations and group management.
* A non-supervisory position, yet one requiring high autonomy and responsibility.

* Salary starting from **€25,500 gross/year** + annual bonus starting from the second year.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (**flexible working hours are required to accommodate scheduled groups and events**).

**Requirements:**
---------------
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience in sports tourism is a plus.
* Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Administration.
* Proficiency in hotel management tools (PMS, channel manager, booking engine, etc.).
* Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level) – competency test during the interview.
* Results-driven mindset, initiative and adaptability.
