Anekke is a young company present in over 60 countries, currently undergoing rapid growth and international expansion. We are seeking to incorporate a **Bag Designer** into our Design team—someone with strong aesthetic sensitivity and solid product knowledge. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing Anekke’s bag collections, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, strategy, and visual objectives. You will work closely with the Bag Coordinator and the Bag Design team to ensure development of a high-quality collection aligned with commercial objectives and delivered within established deadlines. Your main **responsibilities** will be: ➡︎ **Creative Research and Development** * Propose creative concepts aligned with the identity and narrative of each collection. * Analyze trends and develop moodboards aligned with the collections. * Design product-related graphic assets, such as prints, hardware, and customized brand labels. ➡︎ **Collection Structure** * Collaborate in defining the collection structure. * Ensure conceptual and aesthetic coherence across lines, categories, and themes. ➡︎ **Technical Development and Product Follow-up** * Manage the product development process. * Collaborate closely with various teams and monitor sample development within established timelines. * Develop and supervise technical specifications. * Manage and supervise samples until final approval. **What do we value?** * Education in Fashion Design. * Experience in the fashion, retail, or accessories sector. * Experience managing suppliers in Asia. * Knowledge and use of tools such as Procreate or Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to the creative process. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related fields. * Experience in textile print design. * **Advanced** proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate. * User-level knowledge of Office 365 and macOS environment. * Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira. * B2 level of English, both spoken and written. * Creative, organized, and meticulous profile, with planning ability, teamwork skills, and results orientation.
