Ambitious projects supporting digital transformation Job Ref: 30367 All sites Permanent contract 08/05/2026 ### **Job Description** Numen is recruiting several **Junior and Senior Archivists** to carry out paper archive processing services for a major client based in the Grand Est region. In just a few years, Numen has become an expert in archival processing and document management and wishes to strengthen its pool of professionals specializing in archives and information management. ### **Required Profile** Before processing, the Senior Archivist will be responsible for analyzing / auditing existing archives and performing a precise diagnostic (inventory, reconciliation, priority definition, action plan definition, etc.). Under the supervision of the Senior Archivist, the Junior Archivist’s main responsibilities will include: * Sorting based on the prior reconciliation * Preparing records for disposal * Updating the reconciliation * Description * Dust removal * Packaging **Senior Archivist** * Hold a Master’s degree in Archives from higher education and have experience in archival processing. * Possess strong analytical and writing skills and enjoy working in a team. **Junior Archivist** * Hold a higher education degree in Archives and have experience in archival processing. * Able to analyze an archival file. * Able to write archival descriptions. * Familiar with archival retention periods and proficient in regulations governing public archives. * Rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy teamwork. Experience in processing public archives will be considered an asset.
