At Calconut, we are seeking a Data Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our Technology team. We are looking for a candidate with business acumen and vision—someone capable of understanding the organizational context, needs, and challenges. This position combines data engineering, system integration, automation, and artificial intelligence, involving participation in digital transformation projects that directly impact the company. **What will be your mission?** Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable data solutions enabling the integration, transformation, and utilization of company information. An individual with strong self-learning ability, interested in leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve company processes. **Key responsibilities** * Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. * Develop orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow or similar tools. * Use SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and integration. * Design data models and architectures on Snowflake or similar cloud platforms. * Integrate data from ERP systems, databases, APIs, and corporate systems. * Work with SAP Business One at the data and integration level. * Develop automations, workflows, and AI-based solutions. * Participate in developing applications, internal tools, and AI agents powered by generative AI and LLMs. * Identify improvement opportunities together with various business areas. * Ensure data quality, traceability, and reliability. * Document processes and contribute to the evolution of the technological architecture. **Requirements** * Over 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Developer, or similar role. * Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on Python development experience. * Experience with Apache Airflow or other orchestration tools. * Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data warehouse platforms. * Knowledge of ERP, API, database, and third-party system integrations. * Understanding of ETL/ELT architectures and process automation. * Practical experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, or AI agents. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. * Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. **We especially value** * Experience with SAP Business One databases or APIs. * Technical English proficiency. * Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architectures. * Experience developing AI agents, RAG systems, or LLM integrations. * Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Linux environments. * Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and pipeline monitoring. **We offer** * Join a well-established, international, and growing company. * Flexible start and end times (up to 1 hour) within your working day. * Monday–Thursday schedule: 8:30–18:00. * Friday schedule: 8:00–14:45. * Summer intensive schedule: 8:00–15:00. * One remote workday per week. * Comprehensive health insurance at a reduced cost. * Daily free healthy lunch. * Grattitude & Effort internal recognition program. * Participation in technological and digital transformation projects. * Professional development within the BI & IT area.
