Our own Technology Park in Castalla is an international benchmark for sustainable architecture and well-being. To support our spatial expansion and innovation, we are seeking a building professional who enjoys both technical development in the office and hands-on execution control on site. A dynamic profile capable of engaging with external architecture teams, optimizing proposals, and interacting directly with internal clients. **The challenge awaiting you** ------------------------- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the technical execution of projects from the proposal phase through to final delivery. This goes beyond merely producing drawings — it entails ensuring each project meets its technical requirements, deadlines, and budgeted costs, while facilitating communication between departments and external collaborators. **Key responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Technical Office and** ***Value Engineering*****:** You will produce the necessary technical documentation (layout drawings, measurements, preliminary budgets) to conceptualize new infrastructure or corporate renovations. You will audit external architects’ projects to detect clashes and propose constructive or material solutions that optimize timelines and costs without compromising design. * **Construction Supervision and Control:** You will oversee on-site execution of new spaces (warehouses, showrooms, production centers, etc.). You will lead coordination meetings with contractors and strictly control certifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. * **Showrooms and Temporary Spaces:** You will coordinate physical renovations of our international showrooms and manage logistics and installation of high-impact exhibition stands at the world’s most representative industry trade fairs. **What we expect from you?** ------------------------------- You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines, and have practical experience in contract projects, renovations, or installations for corporate and public environments. You have 5–10 years of professional experience in on-site leadership roles (Site Manager, Production Manager, or Execution Director) within construction companies, technical studios, or corporate facilities departments. You are proficient in AutoCAD and cost/schedule management tools (Presto, Cype, TCQ, MS Project), possess solid knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), the Building Regulation Act (LOE), and are competent in technical supervision of installations.
