Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with a strong technological vocation and specialization in applying Artificial Intelligence to architecture to optimize models and create impactful visualizations. Key Highlights: 1. Implement and supervise generative AI-based workflows. 2. Generate architectural visualizations and photorealistic renders using AI. 3. Research and test new AI models and tools. **Generative AI Specialist Architect** -------------------------------------------- We are looking for an Architect with a strong technological vocation and expertise in applying Artificial Intelligence to architecture. The ideal candidate must master generative AI tools for optimizing architectural models and creating high-impact visualizations, integrating them efficiently into our workflow for luxury residential projects. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise generative AI-based workflows for conceptual development and formal exploration of projects. * Generate architectural visualizations and photorealistic renders using AI tools to enhance client presentations of proposals. * Research and test new AI models and tools (architectural and image-related) to keep the studio at the technological forefront. * Collaborate with the design team to transform schematic ideas into detailed and accurate visual models. * Optimize internal processes through automation of creative and technical tasks. **Requirements:** * Advanced degree in Architecture. * Demonstrable experience using generative AI tools applied to architecture (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, LookX, or similar). * Ability to integrate AI outputs with traditional software (BIM, CAD, 3D modeling). * Proactive profile with strong capacity for autonomous learning and efficient problem-solving. * Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. * Passion for detail and high-quality architecture. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **We Offer:** * Immediate integration into a multidisciplinary and dynamic team. * Full-time, on-site work at our office in Jávea, with continuous working hours. * Participation in exclusive, high-level projects where technological innovation is key. The ideal candidate must be proactive, capable of working at a fast pace, and able to solve problems efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Execute projects at any stage, from concept to completion. * Resolve construction details and manage modifications with local authorities. * Conduct site supervision and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Adapt to company internal processes and coordinate the technical office team, assigning roles and tasks. * Report directly to the studio’s management. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. * Ability to work proactively and solve problems efficiently. * Flexibility to adapt to company internal processes. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
