We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our hotel located in A Coruña. What will your responsibilities be? Identify all equipment subject to maintenance. Verify and implement the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment. Coordinate and supervise external maintenance services and regulatory inspections. Perform basic repairs as needed by the hotel and carry out preventive maintenance. Report to Management and the Area Manager regarding the status of facilities and suppliers. ### **Requirements** Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, domestic hot water (DHW), and fire protection systems (PCI). Experience in legionella prevention (spas and swimming pools). Experience in hotel or large building maintenance. Availability to work Monday through Sunday.
