**Description:** ---------------- At Iman Outsourcing, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Labor Conflict Technician. If you have experience in labor conflict management, negotiations with trade unions, legal advisory on labor matters, and consider yourself organized and capable of handling situations under pressure, this is your opportunity! What will you do as a Labor Conflict Technician in Madrid? In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Human Resources Directorate and support the following key tasks: Gathering evidence for trials and inspections, ensuring proper documentation and preparation for potential litigation. Having documentation ready for possible labor inspections and ensuring all information is organized and accessible. Providing legal assistance in labor conflict situations, including CMAC management, labor inspections, and documentary representation of the company. Negotiating with employees, trade unions, and works councils to find effective solutions to conflicts. Advising the operations department to ensure compliance with labor legislation across all processes and situations. Preparing necessary documentation for labor inspections and other legally required procedures in each case. Performing HR support tasks during the launch of new services, guaranteeing legality and regulatory compliance. Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements related to the company's various outsourcing services. Start date: Immediate **Requirements:** --------------- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations. Desirable: Knowledge of HR SAP. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Labor Conflict Technician. Valuable experience in service-sector companies. Ability to handle problems and work under pressure, being organized and capable of maintaining composure in high-demand situations. Residence in Madrid. Availability for immediate start.
