Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial engineer or technician to perform technical control of building installations, including quality control, technical assistance, consulting, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality control and technical assistance for mechanical and electrical installations. 2. Supervision and commissioning of installations in building construction projects. 3. Review of design documents and execution of functional performance tests. We seek a professional for technical control of building installations, preferably holding a degree as an industrial engineer or technician. The role involves quality control, technical assistance, consulting, and advisory services for mechanical and electrical installations, HVAC systems, and their commissioning. It also includes monitoring, supervision, functional performance testing, and commissioning of installations in building construction projects in Madrid. Main responsibilities include reviewing installation design documents, verifying sizing calculations, regulatory compliance, and functionality; conducting site visits and inspections to ensure construction adheres to design documents and applicable standards; and performing partial and final functional performance tests of installations. The employment contract is permanent and full-time, with an estimated annual salary between 25\.000 and 35\.000 euros.
