DESCRIPTION At Prosegur, we are looking for a **.NET Cloud Software Architect** to join a high-impact global project within our digital and mobile platforms strategy. The position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model. **What will be your mission?** Your mission will be to lead the definition, design, and implementation of distributed, scalable, and secure software architectures based on .NET and Microsoft Azure, supporting global platforms focused on security, video, location, and automation solutions. You will act as a technical leader, guiding development teams in adopting best practices in architecture, cloud, and DevOps. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Define the .NET architecture and technical roadmap for solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency on Azure. * Design and implement architectures based on microservices, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). * Define development standards, best practices, and code review processes for .NET 8+ environments. * Design Cloud Native solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and Serverless services (e.g., AKS, ACA, Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, among others). * Act as a technical leader and mentor for senior and mid-level professionals, facilitating the implementation of complex architectural designs. * Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) (Terraform / Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines. * Ensure solution observability through monitoring and tracing with Application Insights and OpenTelemetry. * Ensure cloud solution security, performance, and cost optimization. . REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a professional with solid experience in .NET software architecture, cloud vision, and the ability to technically lead complex projects in international environments. In addition, the following are required: * Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Solid experience with .NET Core / .NET 8+ (C#) and ASP.NET Core. * Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures (DDD, CQRS). * Experience with Microsoft Azure: AKS / Container Apps, Azure Functions, App Services. * Experience with messaging services (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs) and APIs (APIM). * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), and CI/CD. * Monitoring experience with Application Insights / OpenTelemetry. * Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. * Focus on security, scalability, efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
