Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least **3 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer specializing in Generative Artificial Intelligence**, developing solutions based on LLMs and enterprise data platforms. * Practical experience developing applications based on **LLMs, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), and agent-based workflows**. * Solid knowledge of **Python**, and experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services. * Experience working with AI models and platforms such as **Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini, or Anthropic**. * Knowledge of **GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector search, and unstructured information processing**. * Experience with cloud-native architectures, containers, and production environments using **Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD**. * Ability to translate business requirements into innovative AI-driven technical solutions. * Excellent communication and collaborative skills in multidisciplinary environments. * Advanced English level (**C1\**) is mandatory. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **AI Synthetic Personas Development:** Design and develop AI-powered personas leveraging knowledge graphs, RAG, GraphRAG, and enterprise data. * **LLM-Based Solutions Development:** Implement advanced functionalities using language models to generate insights and support decision-making. * **AI Agent Workflow Design:** Create and optimize intelligent agents capable of automating complex tasks and generating business-value information. * **Backend and Fullstack Development:** Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integrations using modern technologies and sound software engineering practices. * **Data Management and Integration:** Work with enterprise data platforms, structured and unstructured knowledge, to power AI solutions. * **AI Solution Optimization and Evaluation:** Continuously improve the quality, accuracy, performance, and scalability of developed components. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders within agile methodologies. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * GraphRAG and knowledge-graph-based architectures. * LangChain, LangFuse, Haystack, and AI orchestration frameworks. * Snowflake and enterprise data platforms. * Vertex AI, Azure AI Services, or Amazon Bedrock. * TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Java, or Rust. * Evaluation, observability, and traceability of LLM-based applications. * Developing AI platforms in enterprise cloud environments. * Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
