At Construcía, we are currently seeking a **Site Manager**, whose main responsibilities include: * Opening and closing the site, receiving materials, and setting out. * Supervising the quality of work carried out on site. * Coordinating on-site activities. * Supervising the proper implementation of occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Complying with requirements and standards established in the quality and environmental management systems. * Correct segregation and management of waste. * Monitoring work performed by subcontractors and suppliers—including both execution and resources employed. * Preparing daily work reports. **Desirable Requirements:** * Proven prior experience as a Site Manager. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training. * Training in quality and environmental management systems. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one. * Performance-based bonus. * Positive work environment. * Birthday leave (Bday). * Flexible compensation. *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
