We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team in the Plaza La Remonta area, Tetuán, Madrid. Responsibilities: \-Preparation and cooking of meats, fish, and vegetables on charcoal grills, ensuring the desired doneness and maximum quality. \-Preparation and cooking of Traditional Spanish Cuisine. \-High-volume service during peak dining hours. \-Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen. \-Leading the kitchen team to ensure coordinated and efficient service. \-Compliance with food safety regulations.
