Job Summary: Operating a pulpo-equipped backhoe loader at an e-waste recycling plant, supporting material loading, unloading, and sorting, as well as providing logistical support using a forklift. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) Operating a wheeled backhoe loader equipped with a pulpo attachment at an appliance and electronic equipment recycling plant. Tasks include material loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing, as well as supporting warehouse logistics operations using a forklift. Demonstrable experience with heavy machinery—especially pulpo-equipped backhoe loaders—is required, along with a valid forklift operator license. Candidates not residing in Torrejón de Ardoz must have their own vehicle; local residents may commute via scooter or bicycle. Availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts is mandatory. A competitive annual salary is offered, along with a long-term contract with the option of permanent employment. A practical machinery operation test will be conducted on-site as part of the hiring process. Prior experience as a pulpo-equipped backhoe loader operator. Valid forklift operator license. Personal vehicle required if residing outside Torrejón de Ardoz. Availability for rotating shifts (M/T/N). Industrial or recycling environment experience is advantageous.
