Job Summary: We are looking for a software developer passionate about AI to join a small, tight-knit team building an early-stage product with strong emphasis on quality and best practices. Currently, we are launching a project born at the heart of Secture — this is a very special project. For this position, we seek a teammate willing to develop and grow our own product \u003c 3\. For these phases, we prefer an in-person arrangement (4 days per week), so it is important that the candidate resides in Madrid, as our offices are located near the Marqués de Vadillo area. What do we expect from you? * Minimum 4 years of experience in technical environments as a Software Developer * Experience using AI and genuine passion for this field * TypeScript \u002b Bun * Integration of LLMs, RAG, and document processing * Data analysis * Agent-based architectures * Hands-on AI experience and fluency in coding Other desirable skills * Enjoyment of working on early-stage products and familiarity with fluid communication across the team * Ability to collaborate effectively and support fellow teammates when needed * Familiarity with peer reviews, best practices, and agile methodologies * Desire to join a project focused on both software quality and human quality If you’ve read this far and would like to get to know us, how does the process work?
