WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BOULDERING INSTRUCTOR **Boulder Madrid is seeking a climbing instructor to join our teaching team for the September–June season.** We are looking for a person with an **intermediate-to-advanced level of bouldering**, who enjoys teaching and is eager to be part of a small, close-knit, and highly community-oriented project. What would you do? You would teach **bouldering classes for children and adults**: **Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays** * 17:30–18:30 → Children's class * 18:30–19:30 → Children's class * 19:30–21:00 → Adults' class Initial weekly schedule of **10.5 hours**, with potential expansion of **an additional 4.5 hours per week** for adult classes. Conditions * **Fixed-term intermittent contract** * Season: **September–June** * Initial weekly schedule: **10.5 h/week** * Possibility to expand up to **15 h/week** * Schedule: **Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 17:30 to 21:00** * **Professional Group 3 – Level 2** * Salary according to the **State Collective Agreement for Sports Facilities and Gyms** * Start date: **September 2026** What are we looking for? * **Intermediate-to-advanced level of climbing**, especially in bouldering. * Experience teaching climbing and/or working with groups. * Ability to work with **children**, adapting classes to different ages and skill levels. * Friendly demeanor, patience, and ability to foster a safe, fun, and learning-oriented environment. * For adult classes, we especially seek someone capable of working with individuals at **intermediate/intermediate-to-advanced levels**, helping them improve technique and movement. * Relevant training in climbing, education, sports, or demonstrable experience will be valued. * Above all, enthusiasm for teaching and joining our team.
