Your mission will be to review the organization’s current processes, identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and participate in designing new processes natively aligned with an agentic model—where AI agents collaborate with people to execute and optimize work. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Analyze and document existing business processes. * Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and redesign. * Design "AI\-first" processes based on intelligent agents and collaborative workflows. * Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate and implement proposals. * Measure the impact of improvements and drive continuous improvement. \#LI\-MA2 \#LI\-Hybrid REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Up to 1 year of experience in process analysis, design, or improvement. * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Organization, or related field. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation. * Interest in generative AI, automation, and digital transformation. * Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, or similar tools is a plus. **Why Prosegur?
