The selected candidate will serve as the technical reference for the civil discipline, leading structural engineering development and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. **Location:** **Madrid, Spain** **Work modality:** Hybrid model: 2 days of remote work per week **What we offer?** Flexible working hours. ️ Intensive workday on Fridays and during summer. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise civil and structural engineering development in multidisciplinary projects. Coordinate the preparation of structural calculations, technical studies, specifications, and engineering documentation. Review and approve drawings, calculation reports, technical reports, and other deliverables prepared by the team. Ensure compliance with international regulations, design standards, and specific client requirements. Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural disciplines to ensure integrated solutions. Provide technical support and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers. Participate in technical meetings with clients, design reviews, and resolution of technical issues. Identify and manage technical risks throughout various project phases. Collaborate on technical planning for the discipline, including effort estimation and workload distribution. Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards, procedures, and methodologies. **Requirements:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent qualification. Proven experience leading civil and structural projects in industrial, energy, or EPC/EPCM environments. Experience in calculation and design of steel and concrete structures. Knowledge of international regulations applicable to civil and structural design. Proficiency in structural analysis and calculation software: **STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, CYPE**, or similar tools. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel for technical calculations and project control.
