Organization and planning of work processes and mechanics. 2\. Preparation of budgets and projects in the technical office. 3\. Specialized technical responsibility within the area, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the execution of company projects. 4\. Client and supplier communication: Providing technical consultation to clients regarding their projects and resolving incidents. 5\. Commercial tasks: Conducting pre-scheduled visits arranged by the commercial department to acquire new clients. 6\. Control, management, and accountability for human and material resources required for each construction project, optimizing their use on site. 7\.
