You will be a key contributor to ensuring service availability, stability, and quality, working within a collaborative and highly technical environment. What will you do daily? - Coordinate a team of 7 people, schedule shifts, and generate service tracking reports for client presentation - Monitor infrastructure and systems using tools such as Nagios - Manage and track incidents and requests via ticketing tools - Operate Linux and Windows systems - Provide network environment support: routing and switching - Analyze and resolve operational-level technical incidents - Document procedures, recurring incidents, and best practices - Continuously collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure service quality * Ability to acquire new skills * Organize and track own responsibilities * Methodical and organized * Proactive in creating documentation * Strong communication skills with colleagues * Excellent teamwork abilities * Required knowledge of Linux and Windows * Monitoring and ticketing experience * Knowledge of routing and switching Compensation and Benefits At Accenture — a company recognized as a Great Place To Work® — we champion a hybrid work model that, empowered by technology and our facilities, enables us to maintain the essential human connection required when working with our teams and clients.
