We are expanding our Building team | WSP in Madrid, Valencia, Santander, or Valladolid, and are seeking motivated BIM Modelers eager to continue growing within an international company. **What will your role be?** You will participate in real projects from day one as part of a collaborative technical team, actively contributing to the **design, modeling, and coordination of projects** across various building sectors, including Residential, Offices, Hotels, Industrial, Data Centers, Electrical and Mechanical Installations, and Structures. Your key responsibilities will include **BIM-based modeling and project development** (using Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, among others), **preparation of drawings, construction details, and technical documentation**, as well as **updating and managing “as-built” models during construction execution**. You will also collaborate closely with the design team, project supervision, and contractors, and contribute to the **continuous improvement of internal BIM standards and processes**. **What are we looking for?** We seek candidates with a technical background (Engineering, Architecture, or Vocational Training in Building Projects), experience in projects developed using BIM methodology, and 3–5 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler.
