The role will focus primarily on **backend development**, participating in the design, construction, and evolution of BPM solutions within an agile and collaborative ecosystem. **Your responsibilities** ------------- * Development and maintenance of solutions built on **IBM BAW**. * BPM process modeling and automation. * Backend development with **Java**. * Participation in the design and evolution of forms and business workflows. * Integration with other corporate systems and services. * Work in managed environments using **DevOps** practices and automated deployment pipelines. * Collaboration with technical and functional teams in agile environments. **Your profile** ------------- * Experience in development with **IBM BAW / BPM**. * Solid knowledge of **Java**. * Frontend technologies experience (**JavaScript, HTML, CSS**) is a plus. * Familiarity with tools such as **Jira, Git**, and deployment pipelines. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments. * **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in **banking sector** projects. * Knowledge of BPM architectures and enterprise process automation. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
