Your mission is to process and send orders to suppliers in accordance with internal procedures. We are seeking a Sales Assistant based near Madrid (Spain) or Lisbon (Portugal). **As a Sales Assistant, you will:** * *Process quotations arriving in the internal ERP: verify control points (billing addresses, amounts, delivery addresses, vendor quotations, margin agreements, verification of identifiers, end users, items, etc.)* * *Approve the quotation in the ERP and convert it into a customer order* * *Convert the quotation into a supplier order* * *Track the order after submission to the supplier—from shipment at the supplier’s site through to delivery at the customer’s location.* * *Responsibilities are not exhaustive.* **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** \| **About You** **The ideal Sales Assistant will possess the following skills:** * *Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role* * *Strong command of English and French* * *Prior experience working with an ERP system* **WHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?** \| **Why Work With Us** We are people-centric and firmly believe that talent enables us to sustain disruption and growth in the future.
