We are looking for a business-development- and strategic-client-management-oriented professional within the Data Center domain. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:** Identify new business opportunities among existing and prospective clients by analyzing their needs, market trends, and collaborating with commercial and operational teams to drive the company’s growth in the Data Center sector. * **CLIENT MANAGEMENT:** Maintain close relationships with strategic clients through periodic meetings, monitoring their needs, and coordinating necessary actions to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and proper delivery of contracted services. * **PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT:** Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Engineering, Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams, ensuring solutions tailored to each client’s requirements and objectives. * **SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT:** Collaborate on evolving Data Center–focused solutions by identifying emerging market needs and promoting innovative initiatives alongside specialized teams. * **IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATION** * Lead the rollout of new services through joint planning with involved departments and tracking of key activities, ensuring consistent implementation aligned with agreed commitments. * **OPERATIONAL MONITORING:** Monitor service delivery through analysis of KPIs, periodic meetings, and coordination with operational leads, identifying improvement opportunities and potential deviations. * **INCIDENT MANAGEMENT:** Coordinate resolution of high-priority incidents in collaboration with relevant departments, tracking required actions to minimize impact and ensure uninterrupted service. * **KPI TRACKING AND REPORTING:** Prepare monitoring reports by collecting and analyzing commercial and operational KPIs, delivering critical insights to support decision-making and drive continuous business improvement. #LI-JG1 REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Telecommunications, or related field. * A postgraduate degree in Business Management or Business Development is desirable. * Required knowledge: B2B business development; project management; Data Centers; Cloud; and Critical Infrastructures. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and coordination. * Language: English C1. * Geographic mobility **Why Prosegur?
