Our core values — collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust — guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Practical experience in end\-to\-end testing with **Cypress**. * In-depth knowledge of test automation: unit, integration, functional, and regression testing. * Solid experience in API test automation. * Strong understanding of CI/CD and hands\-on experience in AWS environments and with Docker containers. * Ability to define, maintain, and enforce quality standards within Agile teams involving multiple stakeholders. * Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proactive profile, results\-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Fluent English and Spanish. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Analyze the current state of testing and product quality, identify issues, and propose and implement solutions to improve the system — challenging existing regression strategies, release readiness practices, and Definition of Ready / Definition of Done. * Define, lead, and maintain the test automation strategy for both backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular). * Clearly document which tests are automated and which are not. * Design and maintain a reliable suite of automated regression tests, including edge cases, data variations, and negative scenarios. * Design and implement automated tests for REST APIs, backend services, and frontend components. * Use tools such as: \-\> Cypress (end\-to\-end testing). \-\> REST API automation. \-\> Jest for Angular component testing. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions and AWS CodeBuild). * Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and the QA team to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle and foster a culture of automation. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Career Plan: All our professionals have access to role\-specific processes within the company: competency model, evaluations, training and certification plans, projects, and events.
