Over our **15+ years of experience**, we have completed more than **1,000 national and international projects**, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. This includes both in-house projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide **BIM and technological advisory and consulting services** to companies at different stages. We are currently seeking a **Production Manager** to oversee the execution of a residential building project in **Vicálvaro, Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Site Manager on overall project control, ensuring adherence to scheduled milestones, quality standards, and budget. * Monitor operational progress of various site activities, verifying their proper advancement throughout each construction phase. * Continuously assess daily fieldwork progress. * Support the definition, control, and monitoring of production targets established for each period. * Verify correct execution of works and performance of on-site teams. * Coordinate necessary resources for execution—both personnel and material/technical means. * Plan material storage, auxiliary equipment placement, and stockpiling to ensure smooth project progression. * Participate in setting-out tasks and quantity surveying. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to join an industry-leading engineering company, we look forward to hearing from you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree preferred. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Production Management role is required. * Prior experience executing residential building projects is required.
