At Grupo Oper, we are looking to hire a creative and passionate individual dedicated to digital communication, capable of transforming ideas into engaging video and visual content that connects with audiences and strengthens brand image within the leisure and gaming sector. We seek someone who enjoys creating content, identifying trends, and building communities through social media. This is an on-site position located in the Móstoles area, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. **Main responsibilities**: *  Creation, recording, and editing of videos for social media. *  Development of creative audiovisual content for Instagram, campaigns, and promotions. *  Design of graphic assets: posters, infographics, stories, and promotional materials. *  Management and growth of 4 Instagram accounts. *  Planning and scheduling of content and campaigns. *  Coverage of events and promotional activities. *  Maintenance and updating of the company website and Google Business profile. *  Implementation of digital actions: QR codes, WhatsApp, and promotions. *  Support in visual decoration and adaptation of premises. **Requirements** *  Education in Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields. *  Demonstrable experience in creating and editing videos for social media. *  Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. *  Knowledge of social media management and platforms like Metricool. *  Creative, dynamic profile with the ability to generate content ideas. *  Strong communication and writing skills. **Highly desirable** *  Experience creating reels, promotional videos, and viral content. *  Knowledge of photography and mobile filming. *  Ability to identify social media trends. **IMPORTANT** **To participate in the selection process, it is mandatory to attach a portfolio, reel, or examples of audiovisual work and managed social media accounts.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €30,000.00–€33,000.00 per year Education: * Diploma/Degree (Required) Experience: * Graphic design: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
