Integration into innovative projects leveraging advanced technology BMC HELIX Developer **Position Title:** Senior BMC Helix ITSM Consultant **Position Description:** We are seeking a Senior BMC Helix ITSM Consultant to join our technology project team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing various ITIL processes, including AI, chatbots, portals, and other advanced solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** Development and configuration of ITIL processes in BMC Helix. Active participation in projects using AGILE methodology. Support for integrations via Web APIs, Web Services, etc. Configuration and support for infrastructure, databases, and related tools. Leading client relationships, attending follow-up meetings, and preparing reports. Collaborating with clients' IT departments to ensure project success. **Requirements:** Solid knowledge of BMC Helix \+ DWP \+ Business Workflow. BMC Helix ITSM certifications are desirable. Minimum 60 months of experience in managing, configuring, installing, and deploying BMC Helix projects. Minimum English level B1. Experience supporting infrastructure, databases, and integrations via APIs and web services. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with AI, chatbots, and portals within ITIL projects.
