Beyond transaction-related work, we help our clients generate value and drive growth through strategic and operational analysis of the markets in which they operate, advising executive teams in changing environments to identify efficiencies in business processes, structure, and operations. Our team comprises over 100 professionals with extensive experience across diverse sectors and countries. We are currently seeking a **Manager** to join our **Operational Strategy** team. **What will you do?** Key responsibilities include: * Managing and leading operational transformation and optimization projects focused on identifying and implementing efficiencies—from due diligence through to achieving operational improvements via a transformation program. * Conducting operational diagnostics to identify value-creation opportunities in processes, systems, organization, and procedures impacting the profit-and-loss statement—covering various operational areas: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement. * Performing operational due diligence. * Communicating with and mobilizing stakeholders across organizational levels to analyze processes, launch specific initiatives, and ensure their execution. **What do you need to know?** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other engineering disciplines; Mathematics, Physics, or related fields are also valued. * Minimum of six years’ prior experience, with particular emphasis placed on experience in strategic consulting, operations consulting, transformation, or value creation. * Prior experience managing teams. * Fluent English required (C1–C2). * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required by client needs.
