Through our work, we reduce impact and increase the utility of our solutions. **Job Description** At Sika, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our logistics center and factory in Alcobendas, Madrid. The mission of the person joining us will be to supervise and coordinate all maintenance-related activities for Sika’s facilities and equipment in Alcobendas (Fuencarral and Aragoneses). They must ensure that all systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and optimizing resources. Responsibilities: * Oversee maintenance management for facilities in Alcobendas (Fuencarral Road and Aragoneses Street). * Supervise and coordinate work with external maintenance teams. * Review and manage the GMAO system (PRISMA); plan and schedule preventive maintenance. * Implement improvements to systems and facilities. * Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety regulations as well as Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Manage procurement of all necessary spare parts. * Ensure legal certification of facilities with competent authorities. * Perform official calibration of factory equipment. * Collaborate with Engineering and Production departments to implement operational efficiency improvements. * Contract and supervise external service providers when required. **Requirements** **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FPII) or University Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, or equivalent experience. **Professional Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments. **Additional Requirements:** * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and digitalization. * Knowledge of energy management. * Industrial maintenance expertise. * Experience with Lean / TPM methodologies. * Industrial legislation; Industrial safety. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365. * Intermediate English. **Competencies:** * Work planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Orientation toward excellence and results. * Flexibility toward change and innovation. * Initiative/proactivity. * Analysis and continuous improvement. * Leadership and people development. **Additional Information** What do we offer? * Location: Alcobendas. * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary and bonus. * Professional career development. * Work-life balance.
