You will advise and negotiate with customers to manage their debt, resolve questions, and provide information on its status—passionately and with a results-oriented approach.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Contact customers to manage their debt.
* Advise customers on actions they can take to resolve their debt.
* Negotiate payment with the objective of achieving full debt recovery.
* Resolve questions and provide information on debt status.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Passion for customer service and helping customers resolve their situation.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
* Organization, planning, and consistency in follow-up.
* Prior experience of 2\-3 years in collections, debt recovery, or customer service is preferred.
We seek someone with a *killer* mindset in customer service: ambitious, energetic, and fully results-driven—a person unafraid of the phone, who enjoys contacting many customers daily and excels at convincing, negotiating, and retaining.
