**We Are Looking for a Technical Manager: Specialist in Hospitality Equipment!** Are you an expert in the "heart" of industrial kitchens? Can you diagnose a convection oven or a washing system—and do you also have natural leadership qualities? At **Kitchening Rental Solutions**, we are seeking a methodical and experienced **Technical Coordinator** to lead our operations in **Valdemoro (Madrid)**. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be fully responsible for ensuring our equipment fleet is always ready for use. You will lead the technical team to guarantee that every unit leaving our facilities meets the quality standards demanded by our clients. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and organize the daily work of technicians in the warehouse and during installation/deinstallation services. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Manage and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, washing, and food preparation). * **Quality Control:** Perform thorough technical inspections before each equipment dispatch to ensure service quality. * **Asset and Spare Parts Management:** Technical inventory control and management of purchase orders with suppliers. * **Safety:** Ensure proper use of tools and compliance with safety regulations (PPE). **What Are We Looking for in You?** * **Education:** Medium or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Minimum 3 years in hospitality technical assistance services (SAT) or light/electromechanical industrial maintenance. * **Leadership Ability:** Prior experience leading work teams or coordinating operators. * **Skills:** Planning ability, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency with computer tools. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for installations. **What Do We Offer You?** * **Stability:** Indefinite full-time contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **08:00–15:00** (35 fixed hours \+ additional hours bank for specific services). * **Impact:** A position of trust where your technical judgment will form the foundation of our service excellence. **Are You the Technician Who Will Bring Order to Our Operations?** Send your CV to **fkogan@kitchening.es** or apply directly here.
