We are seeking a Marketing Technical Assistant with an operational profile for a position at the Elche Industrial Park. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, evaluating, and improving marketing initiatives both in digital and offline environments. A strong understanding of branding, design, and a clear focus on achieving objectives will be highly valued. The role involves collaborating with various departments and maintaining direct communication with customers, actively participating in campaigns aimed at increasing sales, enhancing product visibility, and strengthening brand image. Responsibilities will include executing, monitoring, and optimizing email and content marketing campaigns, as well as design-related activities. Performance analysis of campaigns will be conducted and reports presented, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement. The candidate will also participate in developing brand strategies across multiple channels and in planning and tracking sales- and product-launch-oriented campaigns targeting both online and offline customers. Managing product information for the digital catalog and directly interacting with customers to track actions and support decision-making are also part of the duties. Requirements: Significant experience or knowledge of CRM (HubSpot) for customer management, campaign execution, and reporting. Solid knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) or product information management. **Design tool proficiency:** InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS (valuable for email marketing and digital content). Fluent use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data management, catalogs, and internal platforms). Prior experience in marketing departments or agencies (minimum desirable: 1–3 years). Personal vehicle for commuting.
