




Job Summary: We are seeking expert chefs specializing in Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine, with proficiency in roasting techniques such as Peking duck and char siu, and in preparing handmade dim sum. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine 2. Proficiency in preparing traditional roasted dishes 3. Skill in crafting handmade dim sum Chefs with experience in traditional Cantonese and Hong Kong culinary techniques. Proficiency is required in roasting dishes including Peking-style lacquered duck and Iberian pork char siu, as well as in preparing a wide variety of handmade dim sum, including xiao long bao and gyozas. A Basic Professional Culinary Qualification and a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience are required. A permanent full-time split-shift contract is offered, with working hours from 13:00 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00. The gross monthly salary is €1,500. The position is located in Madrid and requires residing in the city or having the ability to relocate.
