Key responsibilities include: **Responsibilities** * Plan and organize work processes. * Monitor and control construction execution. * Ensure adherence to and track project timelines. * Coordinate and supervise internal work teams and subcontractors. * Manage equipment, materials, and construction machinery. * Collaborate with the Construction Manager on monthly certifications. * Interpret construction drawings and site layouts. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Oversee implementation of the project’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Plan across all personnel. * Motivate assigned personnel to achieve productivity targets aligned with project objectives. **Requirements** * Experience as Site Manager **Location** * Madrid **Offer** * Immediate start * Indefinite-term contract * 8-month project * Leading company in the sector * Salary commensurate with experience
