To achieve this, the talent of our teams is our primary pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Lead management control and performance improvement across two or three warehouses, supporting field teams in decision-making while ensuring operational and financial excellence. You will be a key driver of results, guaranteeing economic model balance and fulfillment of customer commitments. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * **Control and smooth operation:** Ensure compliance with internal processes and identify risks, proposing solutions across two or three local centers. **\-Stock and operations management:** Ensure inventory reliability and reduce merchandise losses (shrinkage). **\-Financial monitoring:** Analyze results, control expenses, and participate in investment decisions. * **Analysis and performance improvement:** Review sales, margin, and stock KPIs, proposing action plans. **\-Commercial development:** Identify growth opportunities and ensure correct pricing application. **\-Team collaboration:** Support and accompany warehouse teams in decision-making and training.
