You will join our **Agile** discipline, led by **Carlos Matías and Toni Navarro**. The ideal candidate will be committed, detail-oriented, results-driven, capable of rapid learning, and familiar with **digital environments**. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, as it involves direct interaction with high-level academic partners; therefore, courtesy is essential to build and maintain trust-based relationships. Additionally, the candidate must adapt to client-specific tools, scholarship platform management, reporting tools, etc. Globally, we are more than **200 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** within this discipline, working across assessment and strategic consulting, product management, Agile training, team coaching, scaling frameworks, OKRs and portfolio management, role mentoring, and process redesign. **Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management and oversight of scholarship and unlimited access course processes with partner universities. Internally, this process involves coordination with corporate, marketing, IT, UX, and legal teams (to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations), as well as maintaining direct contact with the university throughout the entire process. * Collaborate with teams in other countries on their program planning and management (Latin America and Europe). * Participate in negotiations and agreements with university partners.
