We are seeking a Flight Simulator Design and Integration Engineer to work in Coslada under a hybrid model, participating in state-of-the-art aeronautical simulation projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing and integrating physical systems that faithfully recreate cockpits and simulation environments used for training and education. What will you do? * Design electrical and electronic systems for flight simulators. * Define cabling, racks, and cockpit simulator equipment. * Participate in the integration of equipment and subsystems within complex simulation platforms. * Prepare technical documentation associated with system design and development. * Collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and integration teams. * Participate in validation and commissioning activities for solutions. * Provide on-site support for installations and deployments at client locations, both nationally and internationally. * Contribute to the improvement and evolution of aeronautical simulation systems. What are we looking for in you? **✅ Education:** Industrial, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering—or equivalent—with specialization in electrical or electronics engineering. **✅ Minimum Experience:** 3–4 years of experience in electrical design, system integration, or hardware solution development. **✅ Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical and electronic design. * System integration. * Interface and protocol design. * Cabling and electrical schematic design. * Electronic equipment and integration systems. * Electronic packaging, control, and integration. **✅ Desirable Functional Knowledge:** * Flight simulators or training systems. * Aeronautical systems or avionics. * Programming and automation. * Integration of complex systems. * Defense or aeronautical environments. **✅ Key Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Technical problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational and planning skills. * Interest in simulation and aeronautical technology. **✅ Languages:** * Advanced English is mandatory. **✅ Other Requirements:** * Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis for installations and client support.
