Main responsibilities include configuring devices according to each client's requirements using tools such as Acronis, Clonezilla, and Intune. This includes installing operating systems like Windows 11, preparing office environments, and connecting peripherals, ensuring full functionality. Incident tracking is also performed—identifying issues and applying solutions while maintaining direct contact with the customer. **Another key responsibility is IT equipment control:** reviewing hardware status, managing equipment availability, and maintaining a detailed inventory of devices. Orders for technological components are managed, coordinating customer needs with delivery timelines. Additionally, diagnostics and repairs of devices—both hardware and software failures—are conducted within the department. The position requires strong organizational skills to handle a high volume of tasks while prioritizing effectively without compromising quality.
