Position Summary: We are seeking a Control Center Manager to supervise real-time operations of renewable power plants and BESS and lead operational strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and management of renewable power plant and BESS operations. 2. Leading operational strategies and identifying improvement opportunities. 3. Coordinating and leading the operations team. **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate a **Control Center Operations Manager** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Supervising real-time operations of renewable power plants and BESS. * Managing dispatch and compliance with REE instructions. * Executing and coordinating operational strategies defined by the Optimization team. * Identifying real-time improvement opportunities to maximize performance and availability. * Leading substation (SET) maneuvers in accordance with safety standards and current regulations. * Managing critical contingencies and operational events. * Monitoring performance via SCADA systems. * Developing and standardizing operational protocols. * Coordinating and leading operator shift teams. **Requirements**: * Electrical Engineer or related degree. * 5+ years of experience. * 2–3 years of experience in electrical sector control centers. * SCADA system proficiency. * Knowledge of substations (SETs). * Coordination with REE. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and decision-making capacity in dynamic scenarios.
