Thanks to your network and experience, you are **familiar with local players** in the field of Industries. Your main tasks will be : * **Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy** with high added value for our customers, * **Manage and develop your network** and your **business development activities**, * **Build customer loyalty** by listening to their needs, * Conduct **negotiations with our business leads** or customers, **identifying all the issues involved** in the project with a view to signing the contract, * Accompany the **customer throughout project implementation**, * Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Operations department to ensure customer satisfaction. **Profile** ----------- **Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school** with a minimum of **5 years’ experience in an Business Development position** on design and construction projects, you have **strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation**. Proactive, **autonomous** and **organised**, your **strong interpersonal skills** enable you to enjoy **multicultural teamwork**.
