Construcía Instalaciones is currently seeking a **Site Manager** for the Retail area, whose responsibilities will include: * Defining, scheduling, and organizing all project activities to ensure execution within planned timelines and according to quality, environmental, and safety standards. * Conducting periodic progress monitoring, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Preparing monthly financial close-outs, analyzing incurred costs, payments, executed production, and potential deviations from the target budget. * Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients and technical management to support proper project progression and stakeholder satisfaction. * Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of certifications, invoicing, internal reports, and financial close-outs. * Applying Group methodologies: supervising implementation of Grupo Construcía’s defined **Circular Economy** principles on-site and ensuring correct application of the **Lean2Cradle** methodology across all project phases. **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Public Works Engineering * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as Project Manager in retail or similar sectors * **Geographic mobility availability** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (60 hours) * Proficiency in Presto (user level), AutoCAD (intermediate level), and Navision (intermediate/advanced level) * Advanced English (C1) **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Performance-based bonus * Flexible working hours * Positive work environment * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible remuneration *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
